Our original cat sitter cancelled on us a week before we were going away, a good friend recommended Preferred Cat Sitting. I can honestly say what an absolute amazing sitter we had not only sitting our two babies but also knew when our bin collection was due, if we needed plants watering etc. we received daily videos and pictures of our boys which was even more reassuring. We will definitely be using this service again.

This was the first time we used Stuart to look after our cat (Milo) for 11 days and we will 100% be using him again.
He was very professional and made sure he had all information he needed for anything that might happen and was comfortable with a last minute change to her medication.
Throughout our holiday we got sent daily updates with lots of pictures and videos. He kept us well informed with every visit and let us know exactly how Milo was doing with the medication.
Everything was spotless when we got home and he even fully emptied and washed out the litter trays on his last visit which would never of asked him to do, he just did it off his own back.
Overall we can't recommend Stuart enough. He gave us peace of mind all holiday that Milo was in good hands. He went above and beyond in every aspect especially as he made sure we had fresh milk and bread in as we got home in the early hours of the morning which was greatly appreciated and we never would of expected such a great service.
I would argue that Milo looked a little disappointed when we got in since it wasn't Stuart 🤣

I can’t recommend your service enough! The communication was fantastic, and after meeting you I immediately felt so much more at ease about leaving Simba. I was quite anxious beforehand, but you were so friendly, caring and clearly such a genuine cat lover😺

I highly recommend Preferred Cat Sitting Services for their exceptional and professional care. After recently losing an elderly cat, I was incredibly nervous about leaving my two cats, but Stuart completely put my mind at ease. He provided daily video updates, which was incredibly comforting. When he noticed that my cat, Sooty, was struggling to eat, he proactively advised me, and together we made a few adjustments that solved the issue immediately. Stuart provides an excellent standard of care at very reasonable prices, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Stuart has been so wonderful looking after our cat The Sausage when we were away. If cat-whispering is a thing, then Stuart has it for certain! He went above and beyond to understand us, our home, The Sausage and her routine. Within a day, we could see her head bumping, tucking in and rolling over! Stuart went out of his way too to keep us reassured that she was more than fine - even during a storm. I’m pretty sure The Sausage prefers Stuart to us, so he is absolutely part of the team now! Well, what can I say? Amazing service, highly recommend. We left our 1 yr old kitten for the first time when we went on holiday. Stuart cared for her so well, sent so many lovely videos and updated us every morning without fail. You can tell Stuart really cares for cats and he took exceptional care of ours. Stuart looked after our cats for the first time for 2 weeks this summer.
At our intro meeting we were immediately impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. He totally reassured us, and we were very comfortable to leave our cats in his care.
Our cats have very different personalities (one is a cuddlebug, one goes in to hiding) and Stuart spent a lot of time understanding their habits and needs, including eating preferences and daily medication.
Throughout our holiday we received regular updates, photos and videos and we confident our cats were very well looked after. Stuart absolutely took care of our cats and our home, and we have booked with him for our next trip away.

I can highly recommend Stuart. He looked after my 2 Ragdolls last week and did an amazing job. I didn't want to put my Raggies in a cattery so used a cat sitter. Stuart called round to meet my fur babies and went through everything with me. We discussed food, medication, and their eating schedule. Stuart is absolutely brilliant, couldn't recommend him enough from the first meeting where he comes to see the house / cat and then when we were away on holiday. Having only discovered Stuart through a flyer we were a bit nervous about letting him look after our little Ozzy when we went away for a week. We need not have worried. Booked Stuart at the last minute when planned care fell through and he was helpful and friendly from the off. Absolutely flawless! Stuart was thorough from the start, meeting up with my cats (and tortoise!) before my holiday to get to know them and getting all the info needed. I honestly can’t recommend Stuart highly enough. He looked after my fur lady while I was away, and I could not have asked for anyone better. From the moment she was in his care, I had complete peace of mind knowing she was being absolutely spoiled with love, attention, cuddles, and playtime.
